Atlas Search is seeking a senior client delivery leader to own the end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations in the wealth management fintech space. You will lead a team of PMs and BAs, govern delivery with formal processes, and manage P&L, margins, and resourcing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client delivery, implementation, or program leadership in SaaS/fintech.
• Proven track record leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios.
• Experience managing teams of PMs and BAs or consultants.
• Hands-on ownership of delivery financials including P&L, margin, and planning.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs and BAs.
• Set up and run delivery governance and portfolio health reporting.
• Own portfolio financials, including P&L, margin, revenue, and resource planning.
• Provide leadership visibility into portfolio health, risks, and decisions.
• Turn client feedback into input for the Product team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Operations, and Product to improve handoffs.
• Improve delivery playbooks, metrics, and processes for consistency.
