Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a senior client delivery leader to own the end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of client implementations in the wealth management fintech space. You will lead a team of PMs and BAs, govern delivery with formal processes, and manage P&L, margins, and resourcing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client delivery, implementation, or program leadership in SaaS/fintech.
• Proven track record leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios.

• Hands-on ownership of delivery financials including P&L, margin, and planning.

Job description

Our client, a leading fintech platform serving the wealth management industry, is hiring a senior client delivery leader for its annuities business. You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of client implementations, lead the team doing the work, and be the person clients trust when priorities compete and trade-offs need to be made.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who brings structure to complex delivery, keeps scope honest, and still keeps clients happy.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client implementations: timelines, scope, quality, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Set up and run delivery governance, including escalation paths, change control, and portfolio health reporting
• Own portfolio financials, including P&L, margin, revenue, and resource planning
• Give leadership clear visibility into portfolio health, risks, and decisions needed
• Turn client feedback and implementation lessons into clear input for the Product team
• Work with Sales, Support, Operations, and Product to tighten handoffs and improve the client experience
• Improve delivery playbooks, metrics, and processes so delivery gets more consistent and predictable

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in client delivery, implementation, program leadership, or professional services within SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Track record leading complex client implementations and delivery portfolios
• Experience managing and developing teams of PMs, BAs, or implementation consultants
• Hands-on ownership of delivery financials, including P&L, margin, and resource planning
• Strong executive presence and comfort guiding senior client stakeholders through scope and priority trade-offs
• Experience building or improving delivery governance, playbooks, and metrics
• Experience partnering with Product teams to turn client needs into product priorities
• Familiarity with project and resource management tools like Jira, Kantata, or similar

• Experience with annuities, insurance, or wealth management platforms
