Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across technology risk and related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience designing or advancing enterprise AI governance and responsible AI programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI lifecycle risks and controls including privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the enterprise AI governance strategy, framework, operating model, policies, standards, and decision rights.
• Oversee AI risk assessments spanning model performance, data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, bias, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead governance for generative AI, ML, LLMs, and other AI capabilities; maintain inventories and lifecycle controls.
• Define enterprise metrics, dashboards, and escalation protocols to monitor AI risk exposure.
• Advise business and technology leaders on balancing innovation with risk management.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI governance and technology risk professionals.
