Job summary

PingCo Pty is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to maintain and enhance its global voice platforms. You will configure SBCs, TRE, and OpenSIPS-based systems, support Azure cloud environments, and drive automation with PowerShell scripts.

The role requires strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and Teams Calling, with a focus on security, availability and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering and support teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in voice engineering or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, SBCs, and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and data centers.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network solutions, including SBCs, TRE, and OpenSIPS-based platforms.
• Support and maintain Azure cloud environments, data centers, and legacy assets to ensure uptime and security.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure and management tasks.
• Contribute to research, development, and deployment of new products and platform enhancements.
• Escalate issues to vendors and carriers and drive to resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support.
