Job summary

Conquer seeks a Senior Platform Engineer, Voice Infrastructure, to own and evolve telephony systems powering real-time communication for the platform. You will work with FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, and containerized workloads to ensure call quality and scalable voice services.

Role involves designing both architecture and code, troubleshooting complex signaling and media paths, and collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership on the technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software or infrastructure engineering with hands-on telephony experience.
• Deep experience with FreeSWITCH including dialplans and ESL.
• Strong OpenSIPS or SIP proxy routing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale telephony infrastructure and services.
• Work with FreeSWITCH call logic, dialplans, ESL, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop OpenSIPS routing and signaling infrastructure.
• Own SIP trunking provider integrations.
• Write production backend and platform code; deploy in production.
