Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in VoIP, VTC, and telephony engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SBCs, and modern collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on design, deployment, and troubleshooting across enterprise UC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, validate, deploy, and support enterprise UC and collaboration solutions.
• Lead technical efforts and mentor engineers on complex VoIP/VTC projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and available voice/video services.
