Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Title Processor to manage vehicle titles and ensure accuracy across states. You will verify VINs, odometer readings, lien releases, and conformity with state requirements.

You will interact with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and negotiate price adjustments when needed. The role involves handling sale day transactions, assisting with title audits, and supporting safety practices.

• Basic computer software skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Process and re-assign titles for vehicles sold by the auction.
• Examine vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Verify title acceptance in the filing state and correct VIN/odometer.
• Resolve titling issues with customers, dealers, and regulators.
• Maintain knowledge of DMV titling laws across states.
• Answer and route calls to appropriate personnel.
• Process sale day transactions using AS400 and assist customers.
• Run and follow up on outstanding title reports with sellers.
• Issue gate passes for no-sale vehicles and purchases.
• Assist with sale day balancing activities and title checks.
• Run 15-day title reports for consigned vehicles sold without title.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in safety programs.
• May require overtime as needed.
