Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years in a related field or an equivalent combo with up to 1 year experience; or 5 years in a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
• Basic computer software skills are required; notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and re-assign vehicle titles sold at the auction.
• Verify VIN, odometer readings, lien releases and title accuracy.
• Assess title negotiability and potential fraud; report discrepancies.
• Interact with customers, dealers and regulators to resolve issues.
• Support sale day transactions and perform title-related audits.
• Follow safety procedures and may work overtime as needed.
