Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Packaging Technical Specialist to lead vehicle architecture, packaging and integration across programs, providing day-to-day technical direction and mentoring for the Packaging team.

You will establish priorities, define integration requirements, analyze design concepts, and communicate risks and recommendations to senior management across regions. This role emphasizes technical leadership over people management.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
At least 8 years of progressively responsible vehicle engineering experience with technical leadership.
Expertise in TeamCenter, NX CAD, and Vis Mockup with ability to lead design reviews.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to guide trade-off decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional packaging and integration activities from concept to production.
Translate objectives into technical requirements and analyze design concepts.
Mentor engineers, set technical direction, and manage workload and priorities.
Present recommendations, status, and risks to program leadership.
