Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible vehicle engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Expertise in TeamCenter, NX CAD Software & Vis Mockup with demonstrated skills to manage CAD data, manipulate models, and analyze designs.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers; establish technical direction; coordinate workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packaging team on engineering direction, priorities, and standards.
• Translate strategic objectives into technical requirements for vehicle packaging and integration.
• Benchmark competitive vehicles and analyze design concepts for optimal integration.
• Present recommendations, design concepts, status, and risks to senior management.
