- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible vehicle engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Experience with TeamCenter, NX CAD and Vis Mockup for CAD data management and analyses.

- Lead cross-functional teams coordinating workload and priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into technical requirements and trade-off analyses.
- Present design concepts, status, and risks to senior management.
