Job summary

The Packaging Technical Specialist at Stellantis leads the engineering direction for vehicle architecture, packaging, and integration across programs. You will translate objectives into technical requirements, create and analyze packaging concepts, and guide cross-functional teams toward optimal vehicle solutions.

This role reports to program leadership and focuses on technical direction rather than people management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8+ years of progressive vehicle engineering experience with technical leadership.
Expertise in TeamCenter, NX CAD and Vis Mockup for CAD data and design analysis.

Responsibilities

Establish physical and functional integration of vehicle systems and components during program planning.
Translate strategic objectives into technical requirements and create design concepts.
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate trade-off decisions, and manage risks.
Benchmark competitive vehicles and resolve packaging and adaptation issues as programs move toward production.
Present recommendations and status to senior management.
