Stellantis NV is seeking a Platform Packaging Technical Specialist to lead vehicle architecture, packaging, and integration for new programs. You will set priorities, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction across programs and regions.

The role requires strong CAD/engineering tools proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to present complex concepts to senior leadership. This is a team leadership position focused on technical direction.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of vehicle engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Experience using TeamCenter, NX CAD, and Vis Mockup for CAD data management and design analysis.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction for vehicle architecture, packaging and integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities across regions.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards.
• Translate objectives into technical requirements and analyze design concepts.
• Present recommendations and risks to senior management.
