Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Vehicle Development Manager to lead the integration and synthesis of all vehicle systems for world-class performance and customer experience. The role bridges chassis, powertrain, body, interior and electrical teams to ensure a cohesive vehicle from concept to production launch.

You will oversee vehicle-level attributes, set performance targets, and guide prototype validation while coordinating across disciplines to deliver on aggressive program timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of well rounded automotive development experience with vehicle integration or system engineering.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams through full product lifecycle.
• Ability to manage direct and non-direct reports across multiple disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and synthesis of all vehicle systems to balance performance, quality and customer experience.
• Serve as technical bridge between chassis, powertrain, body, interior and electrical teams.
• Oversee vehicle-level attribute balancing, performance target setting, and prototype validation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment from concept through production launch.
