Stellantis is seeking a Platform Packaging Technical Specialist to lead vehicle architecture, packaging, and integration for new programs. You will guide technical direction, establish priorities, mentor engineers, and ensure consistent execution across programs and regions.

The role emphasizes leading an extended cross-functional team, facilitating trade-off decisions, and presenting risks and concepts to senior management.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years vehicle engineering with technical leadership
• TeamCenter, NX CAD and Vis Mockup experience
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage technical risk
• Strong written and verbal communication to senior management
• Excellent MS Office skills

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical direction to the Platform Packaging team
• Establish physical and functional integration of vehicle systems during planning
• Translate objectives into technical requirements and analyze concepts
• Lead cross-functional team and facilitate trade-off decisions
• Present recommendations, design concepts, status and risks to senior management
