Job summary

International is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair support for International & IC Bus dealers and customers. You will handle highly technical vehicle issues across powertrain, chassis, electrical, and vehicle programming, using case files, phone, and remote sessions.

You will document findings, escalate complex problems, and contribute to improvements in diagnostics, service tools, and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 1 year of field service experience minimum.
• Master's degree with no experience also qualifies.
• 3+ years field service experience acceptable in lieu of degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair support for highly technical vehicle issues.
• Respond via case files, phone, email, or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, or system integration concerns.
• Document interactions and findings in the case management system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Service Engineering as needed.
• Travel onsite for training or support when required.
