Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to remotely assist dealer technicians and body builders with vehicle repairs via case management. You will navigate diagnostics, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve publications and processes.

Required are a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 2 years in field service/automotive tech roles, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency. Up to 10% travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree required.
• 4+ years field service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and diagnostics support to dealer network by phone and case management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams on diagrams, schematics, and diagnostic forms.
• Support new product launches and escalate trends to Service Engineering.
