Job summary

International is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to deliver expert diagnostic and repair support to dealers, body builders, and customers across Powertrain, Chassis/Electrical/Zero Emissions, and Vehicle Programming. The role involves remote sessions, case work, and collaboration with internal teams to improve service information.

The candidate will document issues, communicate trends, and escalate complex problems when needed, traveling on-site for training or support as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; or equivalent field service experience.
• Experience with automotive/vehicle service or field diagnostics is valued.
• Strong communication and documentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnostic and repair support to dealers, body builders and customers.
• Respond to requests via case files, phone, email or chat, including remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical/software issues and recommend actions.
• Document interactions, findings and directions in the case management system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 or engineering teams as needed.
