Job summary

International, headquartered in Lisle, Illinois, seeks aSenior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair support across Powertrain, Chassis, Electrical, and Vehicle Programming lines. You will handle case files, calls, and remote sessions, documenting findings and escalating when needed.

You will work with internal teams to improve service information, tools, and diagnostics, while supporting continuous improvement to reduce case volume and improve first-response quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year field service experience or higher.
• Master's degree with no experience is acceptable.
• At least 3 years field service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair support to International & IC Bus dealers and customers.
• Respond to requests via case files, phone, email or chat, including remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, or programming issues and advise actions.
• Document interactions, findings, and directions in the case management system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2, Service Engineering, or other stakeholders.
• Identify trends and communicate gaps to drive quality improvements.
• Travel onsite for training or support when needed.
