Job summary

International Motors, based in Lisle, Illinois, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair support to dealers, body builders, and other customers across Powertrain, Chassis, Electrical, and Vehicle Programming lines. You will handle cases via phone, email, and remote sessions, documenting findings and guiding technicians toward solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with field service experience (or a Masters with varying experience) and 3+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of field service experience.
• 3+ years of field service engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service software.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair support for vehicles and related systems.
• Respond to requests via case files, phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical/software issues and recommend actions.
• Document interactions, findings, and directions in the case system.
• Escalate to Tier 2 or engineering teams as needed.
• Identify product trends and communicate gaps for improvement.
• Provide feedback to publications, training, and service tools.
