Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced VDC professional to lead BIM coordination and on-site VDC workflows for major projects in the Atlanta area. You will collaborate with design partners, trades, and clients to review models, manage RFIs, submittals, and constructability reviews, and advance BIM execution plans.

The role requires 4+ years in VDC, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field; 4+ years in VDC or related role.
Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, schedules.
Knowledge of BIM standards, codes, and VDC workflows.
Strong verbal and written communication; collaborate with stakeholders.
Basic scripting/coding skills (Dynamo, Python).
Proficiency with BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

Lead VDC processes and coordinate design models for construction projects on site.
Review BIM coordination with stakeholders; track actions and RFIs.
Perform VDC engineering tasks including BIM coordination and submittals.
Develop BIM execution plans and support 4D modeling and production tracking.
Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement in VDC workflows.
Coordinate with Preconstruction and Reality Capture teams; support change management.
