Qualifications

• Strong communication to engage with stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, codes, and VDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models for construction projects on site, using VDC tools.
• Coordinate BIM processes, meetings, submittals, and RFIs with stakeholders.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination deliverables and schedules.
• Develop solutions for constructability issues and communicate resolutions.
• Support production tracking, 4D modeling, and related VDC workflows.
