Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales/clinical experience with a High School Diploma
• 8+ years of B2B or Healthcare Sales with 6 years in medical devices
• Degree in biological science or business preferred
• Knowledge of OR/hospital/physician office protocols

Responsabilités

• Drive territory growth with strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Expand customer partnerships by leveraging the full product portfolio and increasing account penetration.
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling.
• Influence opportunities via value-based selling, contract optimization, and obstacle handling.
• Represent Medtronic at conferences and events to generate leads and differentiate solutions.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan procedures and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage territory operations with a focus on coverage, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Share market insights to support business objectives and stay current on reimbursement and clinical trends.
• Performs duties requiring long periods of sitting, standing, and walking; may involve travel as needed.
