Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for CardioVascular Surgery to grow market share in an assigned territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and hospitals, promote Medtronic therapies, and achieve quarterly revenue goals.

The role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and the ability to forecast and close deals. Travel and weekend availability are required to meet customers and conduct product training.

Formación

• Must have extensive sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices/medtech/healthcare/life sciences.
• Senior Representative level experience in another Medtronic Field Business is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sales calls to promote Medtronic CardioVascular Surgery Therapies to existing and competitive customers based on a strategic plan.
• Develop, implement, and follow through with a quarterly strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Create a detailed forecast with customer commitments as a measure of success.
• Identify, qualify, and close new and existing customers per established sales plans and accounts.
• Maximize revenue potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in CardioVascular Surgery Therapies products.
• Provide feedback on competitive activity, market changes, distribution and pricing.
