Medtronic plc in the United States seeks a Vascular Sales Representative to promote and service vascular products within a Baltimore-based territory. You will travel to client sites, train staff on products, and drive therapy adoption across the continuum of care for PAD.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience or 10+ with an Associate’s, or 12+ with a High School diploma, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience in B2B or Medical Sales (preferred).
• Degree in biological science or business preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Identify opportunities across accounts to expand partnerships and drive adoption.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling.
• Influence and close opportunities via value-based selling and negotiation.
• Expand market growth by generating leads and representing Medtronic at events.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan procedures and optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage territory operations with focus on coverage, intelligence, and compliance.
