Medtronic Peripheral Vascular is seeking a Vascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth by promoting and servicing the full PV portfolio, collaborating with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical engagement, travel within the assigned territory, and a commitment to ethics and regulatory standards while expanding access to innovative vascular therapies.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years with HS diploma, 10+ with an Associate's, or 8+ with a Bachelor's in sales/clinical roles within medical devices/life sciences.
• Extensive experience in B2B or medical sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of OR/hospital/physician office protocol is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Identify opportunities across accounts, expanding the product portfolio and partnerships.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling.
• Influence opportunities with value-based selling and contract optimization.
• Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events to differentiate solutions.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan procedures and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
