Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years OR Associate's Degree with 10+ years OR Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• 4+ years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales
• Degree in biological science or business preferred

Responsibilities

• Driveterritory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue, market share, and account development objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities across existing and prospective accounts, leveraging the full product portfolio to expand partnerships and maximize business performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions that drive therapy adoption and business growth.
• Influence and close business opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver customer outcomes.
