Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Vascular Sales Representative in the Philadelphia area to promote and service Medtronic’s vascular products. The role requires traveling between customer accounts, promoting DCB and PV portfolios, and training medical staff on products and procedures.

You will drive territory growth, build physician and hospital relationships, and manage expenses per company standards while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 6+ years OR Associate's Degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles.
• Preferred: 2+ years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales; degree in biological science or business preferred.
• Knowledge of operating room, hospital & physician office protocols; ability to teach medical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing strategic sales plans.
• Identify opportunities across accounts to expand partnerships.
• Build relationships with physicians, admins, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Influence opportunities through value-based selling and contract optimization.
