The ideal candidate will have deep medical device experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel to support customers across the Western region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with marketing coursework.
• 7+ years as a sales manager in medical devices.
• Strong sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to coach sales reps and improve presentations.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with product/market feedback to improve products.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sale of Merit products in a region and supports Account Executives.
• Hires and develops sales representatives and provides training.
