Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to drive the design, configuration, and optimization of the Varicent SPM platform for Sales Incentives and Total Rewards.

The ideal candidate will partner with HR Technology and Compensation teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements, including calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation plan components.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
