Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to join its HR Technology team in Scottsdale. You will support Compensation business operations by providing scalable technology solutions and work with Total Rewards and HR partners.

You will lead design, configuration, reporting, and governance of Varicent capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM processes.
• 8+ years working with business to gather requirements and design solutions.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and workflows.
• 5+ years integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional specs, and configure and test.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform with scalable, reliable solutions.
• Configure enhancements, calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation components.
• Build and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
