Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years of Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives and roadmap alignment.
• Lead the design, development and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Configure, customize and develop Varicent enhancements including calculations, workflows and plan components.
• Design and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics and audit capabilities.
• Perform UAT, document test plans and ensure product health across releases.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage timely delivery of enhancements and defects.
