Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer with architectural expertise to support the Compensation function. You will design, integrate, and optimize the Varicent platform to meet business needs across Total Rewards and HR partners.

Collaborate with HR Technology, COEs, and Shared Services to deliver scalable, secure solutions. You will mentor teammates, drive governance, and ensure high quality delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and configurations.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent Business Processes.
• 4+ years designing Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audits.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
• 4+ years HR tech experience, cloud/mobile.
• 4+ years building operational reporting capabilities.
• 4+ years strong organizational, analytical, time-management skills.
• 3+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.
• 3+ years optimizing business processes with partners.
• 3+ years teamwork and multitasking.
• 3+ years excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with partners.
• Create architecture diagrams, docs, and integration specs.
• Evaluate platform capabilities via research and testing.
• Maintain deliverables, timelines, and progress with stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Configure Varicent apps, calculations, workflows, rules and incentives.
• Lead vendor release processes and regression testing.
• Maintain Varicent documentation and governance.
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering excellence.
• Monitor platform health and perform root cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with timelines.
• Ensure security controls and compliance monitoring.
