Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to join our HR Technology team. You will support Compensation operations with scalable technology solutions and work with Total Rewards and HR partners to design and implement solutions.

You will configure Varicent, build reports, and ensure alignment with business objectives, while guiding cross-functional teams across HR Technology.

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent Functional/Technical Lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
5+ years Varicent SPM experience incl. calculations, workflows.
5+ years configuring/integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture/design patterns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements and documentation.
Design and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics and audit capabilities.
Support UAT and maintain documentation including test plans/cases.
