CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You will support Compensation operations, collaborate with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners, and drive scalable, business-aligned solutions.

The role combines functional and technical responsibilities, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and documentation. You will ensure reliability, governance, and cross-functional engagement across HR.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring SaaS applications, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years' experience generating Varicent reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional designs, configure and test.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
• Configure enhancements, including calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation components.
• Design, build, and maintain Varicent reports and dashboards for reporting needs.
• Perform UAT and maintain documentation and test artifacts.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation and artifacts in tracking tools.
