CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform to join our Human Resources Technology team. We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting Compensation business operations by providing optimal and scalable technology solutions.

This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for Compensation solutions meeting the needs of CVS Health's Total Rewards, and Human

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent functional/lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM.
5+ years gathering requirements, designing solutions, SaaS config, UAT, and product health.
5+ years Varicent SPM: calculations, workflows, configurations.
5+ years building Varicent integrations.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture & design patterns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation in Sales Incentives.
Lead vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, perform fits, design, configure and test; document each stage.
Translate business needs to technical solutions with timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
Configure enhancements: calculations, workflows, rules, compensation plan components; document.
