Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent Sales Performance Management platform to join our HR Technology team. This role supports Compensation business operations by delivering scalable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with HR Shared Services and business partners across CVS Health to design, configure, test, and maintain Varicent-based incentives, reports, and analytics that align with Total Rewards objectives.

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM processes.
8+ years gathering requirements, designing solutions, and UAT.
5+ years Varicent SPM experience (calculations, workflows).
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis.
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, business process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Design, build, and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and defects with scalable solutions.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
