Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform to join our HR Technology team. We're looking for an experienced individual ready to support Compensation operations with scalable technology solutions.

This role collaborates across HR Shared Services and business partners to ensure the Varicent implementation meets business needs, translating requirements into technical designs and leading platform enhancements and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM processes.
• 5+ years Varicent platform experience with calculations, workflows.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis and functional design.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Design reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities.
