Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to support Compensation business operations within the Total Rewards and HR ecosystems. You will collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to design scalable, reliable solutions that meet evolving business needs and enable accurate sales incentives reporting.

The role combines functional excellence with technical execution, including configuration, testing, and documentation, while aligning with CVS

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
8+ years working with business to gather requirements and design solutions.
5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience (calculations, workflows).
4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Lead requirements gathering, process optimization and functional design.
Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements and documentation.
