Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM workflows.
5+ years experience integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
5+ years' experience generating Varicent reports for analysis.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and tech partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, run fit-gap analyses, design, configure and test solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with timelines.
Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
