Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience (calculations, workflows, configuration).
- 5+ years configuring and building Varicent integrations with enterprise systems.
- 5+ years configuring and debugging Varicent processes and reports.
Responsibilities
- Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with global priorities.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, specs, and operational procedures.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and timelines.
- Collaborate with HR Technology and COEs to ensure aligned delivery.
- Lead release processes with the vendor and support regression testing.
- Maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational reporting.
