CVS Health is seeking a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer with expertise in technical architecture and integration to join the HR Technology team. This role supports the Compensation function by delivering scalable solutions within the Varicent SPM platform and its integrations with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR partners and IT across business segments, establish governance, and mentor teammates while driving high-quality,

Qualifications

5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations, workflows and configuration.
5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
4+ years in HR technology with cloud and mobile tech.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Varicent architecture and integration roadmap with global priorities.
Create and maintain architecture diagrams and integration specs.
Design end-to-end integrations between Varicent and systems like Workday, Salesforce, and GCP.
Develop Varicent applications including calculations, workflows, and compensation components.
Lead regression testing and participate in vendor release processes.
