Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Varicent Integration & Platform Engineer to join the HR Technology team, driving scalable solutions for Compensation via the Varicent SPM platform and its integrations. The role partners across HR Tech, COEs, and HR Shared Services to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and stakeholder goals.
The candidate will shape end-to-end integration with Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform, maintain governance, and deliver documentation,
Qualifications
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience including calculations and configurations.
- 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
- 4+ years of Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.
- 4+ years in HR technology including cloud computing and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Varicent architecture and integration roadmap.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration specs, and docs.
- Design end-to-end integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform.
- Configure Varicent applications including calculations, workflows, and incentives.
- Develop and maintain test plans, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Mentor teammates and promote engineering excellence with code reviews.
