Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Solution Engineer / ValueOps Domain Specialist to work with large enterprise customers in a remote capacity. You will translate business requirements into portfolio management, agile transformation, and actionable software solutions to drive value and outcomes.

You’ll lead demos, advise on adoption, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure alignment across solutions. A strong background in PM and FinOps helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s with 10+ years in a technology or business discipline.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, agile transformation, and FinOps.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Performing value alignment with strategic customers.
• Building relationships across customer's IT and business silos to understand and share portfolio management and agile capabilities.
• Understand and act as a valued resource during decision-making processes.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Managing and directing team members within assigned accounts.
• Maintain understanding of Agile Operations Division capabilities across portfolio.
• Perform demos and proofs of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution & adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for alignment across solutions.
