Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to act as a ValueOps Domain Specialist in a remote role. You will translate customer business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions for large enterprises, collaborating with sales, R&D and services to drive value and adoption.

Responsibilities include value alignment, building cross‑functional relationships, and delivering demos, roadmaps, and proof of value across PPM and Agile tools.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos and understand portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges and impact of projects.
• Act as a valued resource in the customer decision‑making process during idea or conceptual stages.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Managing and directing team members within assigned accounts.
• Maintain understanding of the Agile Operations Divisions capabilities/products.
• Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution & adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy across solutions.
