Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Solution Engineer, Domain Specialist, to drive value for large enterprise customers by translating business needs into portfolio management and agile solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Services to align portfolios with customer goals in a predominantly remote role.

You will lead demos, map adoption roadmaps, and guide teams across customer organizations. A strong background in PPM, FinOps, and Agile tools is essential, with proven stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with 10+ years of experience in technology or business disciplines.
• Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps and Agile management tools.
• Ability to translate business problems into software solutions and communicate with business users.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos and document knowledge of portfolio management and agile transformation.
• Act as a trusted resource in early customer decision-making stages.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for cross-solution synergy.
