Job summary
Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Solution Engineer to act as a ValueOps Domain Specialist. You will translate customer business needs into portfolio management and agile transformation solutions, leading engagements with enterprise clients and coordinating across sales, R&D, and services.
You’ll perform demos, present adoption roadmaps, and drive value realization in collaboration with cross-functional teams within large enterprise accounts, while leveraging a flexible
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in tech or business, or Master’s with 10+ years.
- Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management and Agile management tools (SAFe).
- Ability to translate business problems into software solutions and articulate value to executives.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
- Lead adoption activities and manage account opportunities.
- Build relationships across IT and business silos and document portfolio needs.
- Demonstrate and map solution roadmaps to customer objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services and Management for alignment.
