Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Solution Engineer (ValueOps Domain Specialist) to collaborate with enterprise customers, translate business requirements into systems and lead adoption of portfolio management and Agile solutions in a remote capacity.

You will engage with Sales, R&D, Services and Management to ensure alignment and deliver value, including demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience or master's degree and 10+ years of related experience in a technology or business field.
• Experience with enterprise software management and agile transformations.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand portfolio management and agile challenges.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate and present solution roadmaps and value to customers.
