Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to serve as a Domain Specialist for ValueOps. You will translate customer business requirements into portfolio management and agile solutions, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to drive value and adoption in large enterprise accounts.

You will build relationships across IT and business silos, perform demos and value proofs for PPM and Agile tools, and present roadmaps and adoption plans.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree with 12+ years or master's with 10+ years in a tech or business field.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio management and agile transformation.
• Strong ability to translate customer business requirements into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across IT and business silos to understand portfolio management, agile challenges and impacts.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption data.
• Direct and motivate team members within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate products and deliver value proofs for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution roadmaps and adoption plans to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for cross-solution consistency.
