Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Solution Engineer – Remote to act as a ValueOps Domain Specialist. You will translate client business needs into portfolio management and agile solutions, then lead engagements with large enterprise customers to drive value and outcomes.

You will collaborate across Sales, R&D, and Services, managing opportunities and guiding teams. A strong background in PPM, FinOps and SAFe is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in technology or business domains.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years preferred.
• Strong background in PPM, FinOps, and Agile management solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into software solutions.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform value alignment with strategic customers.
• Build relationships across customer IT and business silos.
• Lead adoption activities with key customers.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption data.
• Direct team members within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate PPM and Agile solutions to customers.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, and Management for alignment.
